By using the inf99 platform, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions, so please read this page carefully before you play.
Introduction and Agreement
These terms and conditions (referred to from this point as the "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between each individual player who uses the inf99 platform (inf99.mom) and inf99.
By accessing the platform, opening an account, or playing any game, a player is considered to have read and understood these Terms, and to agree that they wish to play under the protections these Terms provide.
inf99 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continuing to play after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Account Registration and Management
2.1 Account Registration Requirements
- You must be 21 or older to open an account.
- Personal information must be filled in accurately and completely.
- Each player may only open one account on inf99.
- You must register only for yourself. Using another person's personal information to open an account is not permitted.
2.2 Account Security
- Keep your login details (username and password) private and set a strong password that others cannot guess.
- Do not give any third party access to your account.
- If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact inf99 immediately.
- The player is fully responsible for all activity that takes place on their account.
2.3 Account Verification (KYC)
inf99 has the right to verify a player's personal information at any time before or after a deposit or withdrawal is made. Players must cooperate with any verification request from inf99. Failure to do so may result in the account being temporarily suspended.
Personal information provided by players will be protected by inf99 in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
3.1 Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount: 10,000 Ks
- Accepted payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, Bank Transfer
- You must use a payment method registered in your own name when making a deposit. Deposits from third-party accounts are not allowed.
- It may take some time for a deposit to appear in your balance. If it has not appeared after 1 hour, please contact our customer service team.
3.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
- Withdrawals will only be sent back to the same payment method used for the deposit. Using a different payment method is not permitted.
- Withdrawals may be placed on hold until account verification is complete.
Under our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy, inf99 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on any transaction. If an account is deemed to be involved in suspicious activity, it may be suspended pending investigation.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New players at inf99 can receive a 150% welcome bonus of up to 500,000 Ks on their first deposit.
Examples —
- If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving you a total balance of 50,000 Ks. To withdraw your bonus winnings, you must wager 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks in full.
- If you deposit 680,000 Ks, you will receive a bonus of 500,000 Ks (maximum cap), giving you a balance of 1,180,000 Ks. To withdraw your bonus winnings, you must wager 500,000 Ks × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks in full.
Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Your own funds (real money) are not counted towards the wagering requirement.
4.2 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus may have its own wagering requirement, expiry date, and restricted game types.
- Bonuses are issued to individual players only and cannot be transferred.
- If inf99 determines that a player is exploiting bonuses (bonus abuse), the bonus may be forfeited.
- You may request to cancel a bonus by contacting customer service.
- Cancelled bonuses cannot be restored.
Game Rules
5.1 Fair Play
inf99 uses SSL encryption and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from our game engine providers to ensure fair and transparent games for all players.
Game strategies are permitted, however the use of bots or exploits is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Game Types
Players can enjoy Live Baccarat, slots, football betting, and 2D/3D lottery on the gaming platform provided by inf99. Individual bet limits may apply to each game type — please check before playing.
5.3 Game Errors and Technical Faults
If a game is interrupted due to a server issue, network disconnection, or software fault, inf99 will refund the value of the highest bet placed during that game, and this decision is final. inf99 reserves the right to close or modify games without prior notice.
Prohibited Activities
The following actions are not permitted —
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers
- Playing using bots, scripts, exploits, or other automated software
- Collusion between accounts or coordinating with connected players to gain an advantage
- Intentional bonus abuse
- Opening an account or playing on behalf of someone under 21+
- Accessing the platform using any unauthorized tools
- Opening an account with false personal information
If any of the above restrictions are violated, inf99 may suspend the player's account and forfeit any remaining balance without prior notice.
VIP Levels and Cashback
inf99 has 5 VIP levels, and players can move up based on their play style and activity. VIP cashback is paid out once a week and will meet at least the following minimum rates —
- Bronze: up to 0.3% of weekly net losses
- Silver: up to 0.6% of weekly net losses
- Gold: up to 0.9% of weekly net losses
- Platinum: up to 1.2% of weekly net losses
- Diamond: up to 1.5% of weekly net losses
Cashback is given as bonus funds with no wagering requirement, so it can be withdrawn directly after play. However, the cashback bonus must be played through at least once before withdrawal (1x wagering).
Limitation of Liability and Service Termination
8.1 inf99's Limitation of Liability
inf99 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unforeseen technical outages, server downtime, or third-party software failures.
inf99's maximum liability is limited to the amount the player has personally deposited.
8.2 Service Termination
inf99 may terminate its relationship with a player at any time and will notify the player through the appropriate channel before doing so (terminations for cause may be carried out without prior notice).
If a player wishes to close their own account, they may request this through customer support.
